Website policy
Privacy Policy.
This policy explains, in general terms, how information submitted through the J. Ruben Law Office website is handled. Last reviewed August 27, 2026.
Information you choose to provide
If you use the consultation form, the site collects the name, email address, telephone number and brief message you provide. The form is configured to notify the office and not to retain the message in the public React application.
Do not send confidential or urgent information
The form is intended for a short, non-confidential intake request. Sending information does not create a lawyer-client relationship and does not mean the firm can act.
Technical information
The server and security systems may create technical logs needed to deliver, protect, diagnose and maintain the site. Device display preferences are stored locally in your browser.
Use, retention and security
Submitted information may be used to respond, assess whether the office can discuss an engagement, protect the site and meet legal or professional obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
